Frequently Asked Question

The process for logging in to your fearless email is similar to logging in to your Microsoft 365 account. Before you begin, please make sure you know: 

1. Your username (Your email address)
2. Your password (If you cannot remember this, please submit a support ticket request to have it reset).
3. Download the Microsoft Authenticator (Or your preferred authenticator app) from the Apple store or Google Play Store. 

If you are setting up Outlook on your mobile device: 

1. Open the App: Open the Outlook app on your device.
2. Access Menu: Tap your profile avatar or the home icon in the top-left corner.
3. Go to Settings: Tap the Gear icon in the bottom-left corner.
4. Add Account: Tap Add Mail Account (or "Add Account").
5. Enter Email: Select Add an email account, enter your new email address, and select Sign In.
6. Authenticate: Follow the prompts, such as entering your password and completing two-factor authentication, to complete the account connection.
   1. Once you have successfully connected to your account:
      
      1. Allow the app to finish downloading your emails (If this is your first time logging in and your account has existed for awhile it may take a minute or two). 
      2. Once logged in, look at the menu to your left to see a list of options (The secondary leadership group will be under groups at the bottom of the list).

If you are accessing your Fearless email from the web:

Before logging in, ensure you have downloaded Microsoft Authenticator as your two-factor authentication application.

1. Go to www.microsoft365.com and select Sign In.
   Sign in
2. Enter your email address and password. This might be your personal Microsoft account, or the username and password you use with your work or school account. The name of the account you're signed in with is displayed in the header.
3. Select the App Launcher and then select any Microsoft 365 or Office app to start using it.

4. When prompted, enter your username. Your username is firstnamelastname@fearlessworshipcenter.com (Your first and last name are one word, lower case, no spaces).

5. Enter your password. (If you do not have it or have forgotten it, navigate to www.fearlessworshipcenter.com/support/ and request a new password. Or send an email to support@fearlessworshipcenter.com with the subject line password reset).

6. Follow the prompts to setup two-factor authentication.

7. Once logged in download a copy of Microsoft teams and use your username and password to login.

8. All of the apps available to you are on the left menu under the app launcher

9. One you click the 9 dots a list of apps will show up. Select Outlook. The Outlook web application (OWA) will load. 

10. Click on the square icon on the bottom left and select "Groups".

11. Select the "Secondary Leadership Group".
